Bio
durl, also known as durl y los vampiros, is an independent post-punk and goth rock solo act — and full band for live performances — known for atmospheric, melancholic soundscapes: driving basslines, reverb-heavy guitars, and spectral synth washes.
Starting in 2018 as an indie project, durl took influence from favorites like The Cure, Bauhaus, and She Past Away. Obsessed with Dracula and Carmilla, durl makes music that feels at home within the walls of a castle in Transylvania.
